Move It!
A Dash of Motion Goes a Long Way
The internet is overflowing with stats and information backing up the claim that content marketing works: for example, 90% of customers find custom content useful and 68% read content from brands they like.1 The awesome power of visual storytelling is also impressive: Research shows that 90% of information sent to the brain is visual and that visual data is processed 60,000 times faster than text.2

Brands are working hard to create visual content. But if you're ready to take it to the next level, consider adding a little motion to your assets. Turns out, video is extraordinarily engaging and shareable. In fact, videos are shared 1,200% more than links and texts combined3 and video search results have a 41% better click-through rate than text.4

And, it doesn't require high-end production or substantive financial resources. It doesn't even have to involve a video camera!
Project Spotlight
spotlight Last month, we advised nonprofits to consider turning print annual reports into more interactive digital pieces. Check out this online annual report we just did for our client, AAOE. It makes their year in review more appealing with video, animations and slideshows.

Here's a little video we created in the past few days to share some thoughts on the power of branding. A few hours of thinking, a few hours of designing, a few hours of development and, voilà, ACTION!

Your VISION is to play movie.

We are always happy to dig into the challenge of adding motion to any asset. Did you see the Annual Report in our spotlight? Even something that was a traditional print piece turns into an engaging digital asset once it gets moving.

Monthly Tip Let's Get Moving!
We love infographics as much as the next talented group of designers. But we’re finding more success with interactive infographics that incorporate animations and pop-ups or, on the opposite end of the spectrum, simpler pinfographics that are smaller, more limited in scope and highly social media friendly.
Design Tip Infographic On Infographics
We weren’t kidding when we just said we love infographics. In fact, we once created an infographic to talk about why we love them. Check it out!
