There are loads of reasons we think email is getting better and better, evolving along with changes in communications practices. This month, our Managing Partner, Malayna Williams, shares a few thoughts via video on our favorite medium: email!

Avoid cute web buttons in email. They may look great on the web but can wreak havoc on how your email renders.
 
Delivery Tip Simplify, simplify, simplify!
Animation, video players, social media wikis… all great web content, but if you're using any of these in email it's good practice to replace them with thumbnails to avoid getting flagged as spam.
