Jonathan Blum, Yum! chief public affairs officer, joins a delegation of World Food Programme (WFP) officials on a fact-finding trip to Kenya where the group met with government officials and talked with people who live in the slums of Kibera and in the world’s largest refugee camp in Dadaab. Since 2007 Yum! Brands’ World Hunger Relief campaign has raised $85 million primarily for the WFP and other hunger relief agencies, purchased 350 million meals and saved millions of lives.

Yum! provides the school with new backpacks, desks and a blackboard. Novak, the presidents from KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Yum! Restaurants International and other senior executives and franchise leaders traveled to Nicaragua to see the United Nations World Food Programme’s (WFP) relief efforts in the country.
