But before we make that a solid “yes,” keep in mind that the opt-out info we put on the bottom of all emails we distribute has our physical address in order to be CAN-spam compliant. So go ahead and utilize our services anyway you see fit, but be advised that when we’re sending on your behalf, our name must be attached in that small way. In addition, our terms of service note that we can advertise our relationship so if you want to keep it hush-hush, make sure we know your intentions.
