Norton Norris is a mid-sized marketing firm, experts in branding and employing old and new media marketing tactics for their many clients in the education space.
But like the proverbial shoemaker, they couldn’t quite find the time to make their own digital marketing efforts stand out and wow their own clients and prospects. They recognized the need to share their expertise with their email list and invite more interaction with their recipients. As recognized experts in their field, they had loads of great ideas and terrific content and had a good list of clients and prospects who wanted to hear from them on a regular basis. We advised them on their e-newsletter content and redesigned their newsletter to be more browser and recipient-friendly. We added multi-media elements and dynamic content that invites recipient participation and feedback and improved the look of the newsletters so their clients would be truly impressed. We also worked on creating video e-blasts with monthly tips featuring the firm’s partners sharing thoughts on topics of interest to their recipients.
Now, Norton Norris is communicating with their recipient list more effectively than ever—so effectively that several Norton Norris clients are now doing e-newsletters and monthly tips of their own (generating even more revenue for one of our terrific clients)!
